Not ovulating ..

Hey dolls , so I went to my Gynecologist yesterday and had a vaginal ultrasound, (tmi) but my ovaries are healthy , right size my womb is even healthier . I don’t understand why I’m not ovulating . I used (opk) around estimated ovulation day and they’re all negative . I don’t want to believe I have my tubes blocked , Any suggestions? Or anyone going through the same thing ? Id Love to hear your guys stories 💕
