Pregnant with baby #3?

Last month I took a pregnancy text right before I was supposed to have my period and it was positive. The next day I started bleeding. I went to the hospital, they did a urine test, it came out negative, so they told me it was a false positive and sent me home. Now I'm 2 days late. I took a pregnancy test and its pretty obviously positive. I'm not sure how to feel. I don't want to get my hopes up again. I don't even want to tell my husband because I'm afraid. I don't know how to feel. I don't think any of my friends or family would be happy for me to have another baby either.
