Help!! My baby won't sleep!!

My LO is 8 weeks in 2 days and she was starting to sleep more during the night but all of a sudden since Monday she's been inconsolable at night. She'll wake up 10pm-12am and won't fall back asleep till 4am-5am. She's formula fed, but i havent made any changes so I don't understand what's going on. I think she might be allergic to her milk so ive made an appt with her doctor for Friday but she keeps screaming and crying and I'm not sure what to do. Should I wait till Friday and just try to comfort her in the meantime or take her to the hospital? She has a hard time pooping and passing gasses so ive been giving her probiotic drops in the morning and colic tablets at night when she starts getting fussy. I also use fridas windi tubes to help her poop but shes still crying. What do I do??
