Anxiety during pregnancy

I’ve been having a healthy pregnancy. My last ultrasound was 10w and 3d I’m now 14 weeks exactly and I keep thinking something is wrong. This is my first, we tried for four years. I’ve had no bleeding or anything like that. Just the period like cramps occasionally. Just scares me that I pretty much have been symptom free as far as the ones I had earlier in my pregnancy. Has anyone else felt like this? I also have a doppler at home (one of the sonoline b ones) and I can’t find the heart beat. It scares me. I’ll try and try and just can’t hear it. It was a huge mistake I’m sure that I got one of those..
