When should you have a maternity shoot?

I'm due Feb 20th and we planned to have a Christmas shoot, but I also wanted to have them done before Christmas so we could use them as Christmas cards! Would early Dec be too early?

I just did mine this past Monday. I was 28 weeks. I wanted them to use in Christmas cards. My bump isn't huge but it was snowing enough for me.

They day around 32 weeks is the perfect time because you're not so big your uncomfortable yet.

We are doing both Christmas and Maternity. Due March 4th so didn't want to do them too soon, but since its our first Christmas as a married couple, def wanted to do Christmas ones. I say go to like JC penny or portrait innovations for Christmas (good yet inexpensive) and maybe do another shoot in Jan.

We're doing ours Dec. 6 & I'm due Feb. 23 ... Probably a littler sooner than I would've liked but I want Christmas pictures too.
