What Should A 2 Month Old Sleep In

We usually have the ac 68-69F throughout the night , I’ve been dressing my baby in 3 layers of clothing ; a short sleeve onesie, her zip up pjs & her love to dream swaddle. Does this seem like too many layers ? Thank you in advance 😁

I would ditch the onesie and just do the zip up pajamas and the swaddle. I have my 3 month old just in footy pajamas. We keep our house around 73 but lately it’s been getting down to 70 bc I refuse to turn the heat on and then run the AC later in the day.

I was doing just a fleece swaddle, but she kept waking up cold. Now I’m doing a sleeper and the swaddle. She doesn’t wake up cold.

I followed the TOG guidelines- if you look on the love to dream website it has a diagram to tell you how many layers to dress baby in depending on the TOG rating of the swaddle/s you have and the temperature of the room.

Depends on the child. My daughter sleeps comfortably in a long sleeve onesie and thin swaddle at 67-70 degrees. I would lose one of the layers for sure, does he feel hot to the touch?

That does seem too warm.  It’s safer for them to sleep too cool than too warm.  I’d probably do just a cotton sleeper with the swaddler at that age and temperature

We did zip up jammies and a swaddle or sleep sack at that temp. Can probably ditch the onesie. That said, does baby feel warm? Every baby is different. :)

Does your baby feel warm? My kids run hot, so they've never slept in more than 1 layer. Personally it sounds too warm for me, but if baby isn't feeling got to the touch then it's probably fine
