Possible pregnancy with iud?...

I got paragard placed last year in June. Everything has been great. My periods have surprisingly been light and my cramps aren't that bad, but my period is usually on time (33days apart) or a day off, but now it's 3 days late and I'm worried. I have a daughter who's about to be 4 and my husband and I agreed we were done. I'm just nervous. Should I test, or wait a few days? Ironically I took my pregnancy test for my daughter on my 3rd day late. I didn't think that test would be positive because I was cramping so much right before. Is it probably a late period? I feel like I'm just thinking too much. My husband said it's probably stress. Maybe, although nothing dramatic has happened this last month.
