Doctor said gestational sac located at the uterine fundus?!

Is that good, bad? She didn’t say it was good or bad so I’m assuming she wasn’t concerned?

She asked if I’d ever had any ectopic pregnancies, bleeding, pain etc which I haven’t. Thank God ❤️🙏🏽 so idk if that was routine or her way of bringing up concern without causing panic?

She also said sac was abnormal. Kinda shaped like a small curved pickle? Or a banana shape?!

Anyway does the location seem too far over? Seems like it’s position sideways compared to others ultrasounds.
