Are headaches common in 2nd tri?

I seriously wake up with a headache most days if the week! They just started like a couple weeks ago. My husband is worried about me and I don't want to call the doctor about it. Anyone else experiencing headaches? Could sleeping on my back have something to do with it? I try to sleep on my side and somehow always end up on my back.

I have daily chronic migraines- diagnosed 3 years ago so well before my pregnancy lol basically I wake with a headache every single day and more days than not it turns into a migraine. The severity ranges so I am thankful for the days I wake at a pain level 4-5. 
That aside I've seen a lot of ladies on here complaining of frequent headaches around this time so it definitely seems common. 
Advice from a daily headache sufferer: drink LOTS of water! Have a little caffeine every morning. Get massages as often as you can afford them. See a chiropractor. Use a good supportive pillow. When they get bad, use ice.

I get them a lot. I noticed i develop one while laying on my back especially if my head isn't in the right spot.

I get the same thing! I thought maybe it was a weather related thing,  but it being a preggo symptom definitely crossed my mind.
