SAHM’s, how is your partner as a parent?

Question

If you’re a SAHM (stay at home mom) and your spouse works full time, how much are they involved when it comes to parenting? What do they do? Do they put the kid(s) to bed some nights, every night? Do you feel like parenting is 50/50 in your household?

Our parenting is 80/20? Maybe? 
I’m a SAHM. I take care of our son from the time he wakes up to 4:30-6:30pm every night (while my husbands at work). I also do 100% of the household duties and cooking. I put my son to sleep, bath him, feed him and etc
My husband takes my son for about an hour a day (more on weekends) for alone time and that’s about it
Sometimes I do not care but other times it gets extremely tedious and hard. I do feel bad at times because my husband does work hard for our family so I’m able to stay home

In our situation my husband is the stay at home parent and I work full time. When I am home nights and weekends I am the full time parent but he doesn’t stop helping. He spent 6 hours working in the yard today and has more to do tomorrow. He also cooks dinner every night and has/is completely updating our home and doing all home repairs so it all depends on how you look at it too. We support and assist each other whenever possible and things will obviously have to adjust when we have our 2nd.

My husband does everything. He’s a miracle. He works full time and never ever complains. He cleans, he picks up dinner, he plays with the kids, bathes them, changes them, everything. We both put them to bed together every night. My husband even reads to them nightly. He doesn’t do all of this daily, but if it needs done or I ask him, he just does it. I’m very very very lucky.

My husband will help clean up around the house on his days off and picks up the living room every night. He helps with the trash and giving the younger ones a bath. He will not touch the dishes though 😂😂

He’s gotten a lot better the more kids we’ve had. I think with our first he was mostly clueless. He didn’t put her to bed until like 18m old. He now does bedtime with at least one toddler (our kids are 4,2 and 7m)  each night. I didn’t want to force him to do things, he did things I asked but I didn’t ask much and didn’t ask if I knew he was uncomfortable with it. He still doesn’t do bathtime but that’s mostly due to a bad back. He’s a great husband and father and gets better with time. My observation is most men don’t jump in and do things, they want to asked or directed to things they aren’t 100% comfortable with.

My husband works out of town during the week, so his only time home is on the weekends. He will help with bedtime or baths when home. He likes to do his own laundry and will sometimes cook for us! Not 50/50, but pretty darn close for how hard he works for our family.

Parenting is most definitely not 50/50 in my household. My fiance works a lot and sometimes is away from home for a night or two.
He mostly does stuff with the 3 older boys. If I ask him to help with our one year old he will. I also told him I will need more help when we have this baby (in ten days.) He said just to ask him because if I don't ask he won't know I need help because he's so used to me doing everything.

My husband works a full time job and we have a side cattle business. He wakes the kids up for school (our older 2) gets them dressed and takes them to school on his way. When he gets home he helps with homework or takes them outside while I cook supper. He helps clean up, gives baths, and depending if I’m putting our toddler to sleep or not he usually puts the older 2 to bed. Makes us coffee every morning, takes the trash out. I do 90 percent of the housework and chores along with landscaping but he helps out whenever he can.

He takes the lead parenting on his days off but during the week I parent 95% of the time minus an hour every morning when we are all together. Medical appointments are done by me as well as virtual preschool daily. He doesn't get home in time for bed time stuff.
