How to cope after a miscarriage

I just lost my baby at 7 weeks. We thought I was 12 weeks but I ovulated late and drs dates were wrong. I passed the baby and sac about 15 mins ago. I'm in shock and pain. I'm dying inside. I don't know how I'll cope     I'm mentally exhausted. I feel like this could've been prevented. I knew something was wrong on Friday when I started spotting. The nurse told me it was normal but it's not normal for me to bleed when I'm pregnant. I just need someone to talk to who's experienced it already
