Insane back pain

Anyone else experience insane back pain all of a sudden? Its almost like a throbbing pain then goes away. Im also having sharp pain that is only on the left side on my stomach. I never had painful contractions with my first because I had a scheduled c section. I tried tracking the sharp stomach pain like they were contractions they are between 10 to 12 minutes apart. So im thinking not active labor. Im 38 weeks baby is measuring 40 weeks and im having a repeat c section next week.

But I guess my question is has anyone had these symptoms and gone into active labor?
