Super weird question

I’m 8 DPO and have actually done well with not symptom-spotting, but I’m having a hard time holding in my pee and constantly having the urge to pee. I actually woke up twice last night and I NEVER do. Is this an early pregnancy symptom or just a weird coincidence?
