Can you get pregnant when you use a condom?

Has anybody gotten pregnant off a condom? I used a condom with a guy I knew for a few months it was my first and last time ever having sex with him. A week later I had unprotected sex with my ex. I became pregnant and I’m just a little confused and embarrassed because I’m not sure who the dad is. However according to the eve app the day I slept with my ex it said I wasn’t ovulating. I’ve been pregnant before by my ex. My OB said you can get pregnant off a condom. Can somebody help me please 😭
