Spotting in first trimester

Hi everyone I’m currently 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant for the last week I’ve been having brown spotting it has been light and I haven’t had any cramps but I’m still so worried. I’ve been to the hospital twice for them to check my HCG levels and they said they are still going up it went from 10,000 on Thursday to 16,335 on Saturday they said that’s a good sign but I’m still nervous has anyone else experienced this and still had a successful pregnancy? My first appointment is on Tuesday and they said they might want me to get my blood drawn again today to test my levels again. Also I’ve been sick and vomiting every morning until like 12pm any suggestions on helping with that?
