Breast boils

I was having a shower last night and I felt a little pain as I moved my hand under my breast and when I looked I could see a little redness.

After I got out of the shower I had a proper look and it looked like their was a hair there so I pulled the hair out and gave it a little squeeze and a little bit of pus came out of it.

I later googled about it and it came up with the term “Breast Boils” which can also be known to be a build up of nasty things behind a hair follicle I think

It is still a bit uncomfortable today and is bothering me a little as it’s right where the band of my bra is so I am sometimes feeling a little bit of pain when I move in certain ways etc.

Just wondering if anyone else here has experienced this and if so how they dealt with it?
