Labor nurse gift basket?

Question

I saw a post about this the other day but can't remember what group it was in. Is anyone planning on making one? 
This is my second baby, I didn't do anything with my first but some of the nurses were very nice and I think they would appreciate it. I'm wondering though if they're allowed to accept anything during the pandemic? 
Also, if you've done it before, when do you give it to them? Trying to think of ideas now!

As a postpartum nurse I can tell you we are not picky. Literally anything patients gift us with , we appreciate so much. Food, candy, cookies, hand sanitizers, pens, any little token it always so sweet.

I made a basket for mine with my second baby. I was thinking about it with this one but don't know if it's allowed with covid. I'll try to find a picture of it...

With my last baby I just brought two big bags of chocolate candy. I gave it to the nurse I had each day at the hospital to share with everyone.

I made small bags for the nurses when I gave birth to my son and gave them to my favorite nurses. Sometimes they aren’t great 😅 
I put mini hand sanitizers, some snacks and a Starbucks gift card in each. Like $10 on each card. 
Not sure if COVID will restrict them accepting things.
