Day care

So we will have to send our baby to a daycare in Jan 2021 once my maternity leave ends. My baby boy will be 5 months then. When I was still pregnant with him , my husband and I went to meet with a in house day care place that my friend sent her kids too and when we got there her 4 months old baby was in her car seat in a corner of the “ daycare room”. 5-6 older kids were playing. It broke my heart to see how they just left the baby in the car seat in the corner like that. So the thought of sending my baby to a daycare breaks my heart thinking about how they might do the same to him. Is that normal for daycares to just leave newborns in their car seat like that until they cry? I mean I understand they have other kids to take care of but to leave a baby in the car seat like that ? I’m wondering if this is normal or maybe it was just this one in particular because it’s cheaper and it’s a in house daycare ?
