Hip / lower back pain?

I’ve had 3 previous missed mc and I am getting blood thinner injections, aspirin, progesterone and vitamins with this pregnancy (I’m 4 weeks)

Yesterday I was sitting a lot at work and then I got very exhausted but I have a toddler so I pushed through and ended up with a strong lower back pain and hip pain. Went to bed, and didn’t sleep very well (at all).. and today I got sharp pains in my groin but then everything went away... my hip still hurts a bit, if I walk it comes back.. I called my doctor but he is probably going to call me back at the end of the day and I guess I’m writing to know if someone has experienced something similar and ended up well or in a mc?
