8dpo I wanna test SO bad !

I waited last cycle to test at 8dpo & got my positive but now I’m scared to test as I’m trying for my rainbow baby immediately after chemical☹️! I keep getting mild cramps on & off in my belly & back. I don’t get symptoms leading up to AF. she just comes & when I notice, that’s when I start cramping like HELL. I felt these same little cramps when I found out I was pregnant before but I’m just so scared to test. I tested yesterday & got 2 negatives. Which everyone told me 6dpo is too early to test which I knew it . Just scared 😤😤😤
