Does anyone know what this is? *Graphic and blood*

My doctor's office doesn't open for another hour so I'm going to call then. But I just went to the restroom and when I had wiped this came out. I haven't had any heavy bleeding since leaving the hospital. I gave birth the 5th of October. It was vaginally. I had a minor tare. But everything has been fine. No pain other then period like cramping which is normal when the uterus is returning to it's normal size. I just don't know if this is normal or not. I didn't have anything like it with my first born. It just looks and feels like tissue.
