Looks like I’m losing my fifth pregnancy 😭💔

I found out I was pregnant on Monday, had an HCG draw Wednesday and it was 34. I had another draw today 48 hours later and I believe it was 52, all I remember is the nurse saying it didn’t double. I go back Sunday for another draw, but I’ve been through this three other times so unfortunately I know the realistic outcome. I’ve been tested for so much, some I don’t even know what for. I have one gene mutation MTHFR and I take baby aspirin and folate prenatal, vitamin d supplement, progesterone after ovulation. I just give up TTC, we tried...I just can’t force something that is not meant to be💔
