Do google pixel phones keep a log of when the phone is unlocked?

My ex keeps asking me if I went through his phone, he says that his phone has some sort of log that’s inputting strange unlock times and I’m the only person that could’ve gotten in. I keep telling him I didn’t but he keeps asking saying my answer isn’t good enough and referencing this log thing.

I’ve opened his phone a few times to turn off alarms cuz he’ll set like 5 in a row and they’ll just keep going off, I’ve also used his phone to call mine, but that’s not a good enough explanation? Because of this log thing?

I can’t find any info on it and i wanna know why he keeps asking me this because it feels like there’s another reason but I don’t know what it is and I’m getting annoyed of being asked and accused of shit
