Pregnancy or no

So I think I’m not pregnant but I’m paranoid about it . So I got off the pill last month and 5 days later I had a heavy flow I haven’t had sex sense august so like 8-9 weeks ago . I got two bleeds going off and on the pill . I think I’m tripping but it feels like particularly my right nipple gets wet and I’ll look and nothing is there . At this point idk if I’m imaging things or what haha .
