My skin is hating pregnancy

So im 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant and my skin has always been breaking out, ive always had pimples, but I eventually Got it under control with medication and cream from my doctor... but I can't use those now that I'm pregnant, my skins been okay since I stopped (I stopped before pregnancy) but now that I'm pregnant my skin is breaking out in odd spots and they HURT!

Whats some god sents that have helped your skin while you were pregnant, that is pregnancy friendly, I need to look after my skin!
