Period on predicted ovulation day??

Question

Has anyone else ever gotten your period exactly when you’re predicted to ovulate? Basically my cycle is usually 4 weeks give or take a couple days and this has never happened to me. It’s usually quite painful and heavy as well and it wasn’t this time. I don’t think it was ovulation related bc it lasted 4 days but ??? Idk I’m just curious if anyone else has experienced this & what are your thoughts?

Thats what happened to me this month. Its called ovulation bleeding or ovulation spotting its not your period technically. The usual cause for it is rapid hormonal changes and can last 3 to 4 days can either be b4 or after you ovulate. And should be very little blood. If you need a pad or and it fills and flows like normal then you need to call your doc. Not alot of women experience this so I too freaked out but got very little reply on this app from it. Just alot of googling....
