Implantation bleeding?

I got my period for 2 days stopped and then spotted on the 4 day after that I’ve been having really bad cramps, mood swings cravings headaches and dizziness.

I don’t know how heavy of a “period” you mean but I had IB with 2 of my 3 pregnancies (one unsuccessful) and my bleeding for implantation was never more visible than just a wipe when using the bathroom. I may have used a liner but I’m not sure it even showed up. Both times it was super light for me and one time it was pink another time it was brown. Most people that have IB have similar experiences so if you’re was heavier and/red I’d say that’s your period.

I’m having the same thing currently just started day two of my period it’s not very heavy but it’s too heavy for implantation and the wrong colour but I am feeling really off. Dizzy, slight nausea, headaches, cramps and just not my usual AF self. I just think our bodies do strange things to us. The only way to see if it was implantation is to do a test I would be positive if it was.
