What is going on?! I’m so scared

So AF was due oct. 1st, but never showed, so on Thursday(oct 8th) I took a test and it was a faint positive, friday(oct. 9th) I had an even more definite line and Saturday(oct 10th) morning I took a First response digital and it came up positive.

I went to the DR office today to confirm, and their urine test came out negative?!

I told him I had multiple positives at home, and he told me to wait a week and come back to do a blood test. I’ve also started to spot today, just some brown spotting though.

Shouldn’t there be a very definite line by now?

What could be the cause? I feel like I’m going crazy :(
