I have pcos and it was hard to conceive. My doc put me in birth control tell to help with my periods. Got pregnant 3rd month after taking birth control.

I was never diagnosed with PCOS. My primary just suspected I had it cause of my irregular periods and being obese. She wanted to put me on Metformin....yes...the diabetes medicine, because it is supposed to help induce your cycle. I started it and 5 days later, I got my period....ovulated then got pregnant!!! It can happen!!! Talk to your dr about your options.

i have pcos and I just had a healthy baby last week. I had no complications with my pregnancy either. my period used to be very irregular where I'd go 4-5 months without one. so I started eating healthy and lost weight. that's when my period became regular again and i got pregnant within a year.
