6 weeks, no symptoms?

Last week when i missed my period I took 4 at home tests and they were all positive. The next day I went to the pregnancy clinic and got it confirmed. My ultrasound and blood work is scheduled for the 27th. They’re estimating I’m around 6-7 weeks based off my last period. I’ve not really had any symptoms except a missed period and mildly sore breasts. Last week I felt super hunger all the time but that has passed. Is my lack of symptoms something I should worry about?
