Does this happen to anyone else?

I got my IUD about 8 months ago and even though my OB told me I wouldn’t have a period, I got it regularly like normal. Now this month, I’m a week late. I took 2 pregnancy tests just to make sure and they were both negative. I don’t know if it’s my mind telling me I just want a baby so bad, or the birth control is stopping my period now or if I am pregnant and the tests are wrong? I’m sure I’m overthinking it. I just wanted other opinions on the ladies that have gone through this.
