We bought our little boy home 3 weeks ago. Our daughter is 2 and a half and she’s such a sweet girl ☺️💕 she absolutely adores her brother! She NEVER says a bad word about him. Very attentive and loving.

I am with him a lot because I’m exclusively breast feeding but I still try and make sure I do things with her too. I love reading her bedtime stories and dancing with her. Today I took her out just me and her for a walk together and for the first time ever she ran away from me ?! Said I wasn’t her friend anymore and ran away from me. 😔 I ran after her of course (she didn’t get far) she’s never done anything like that. She doesn’t hug me anymore, not really.. and seems to gravitate a lot more towards her dad.. and is now all about her nanny.. which hurts because she hardily bothers with her, just comes over about once a month plays with her, buys her pretty shoes and books and then we don’t see her for a while again...

She doesn’t even come to give me a kiss and a cuddle before bed until prompted now 😔 I will always make effort with her and let her know that she is SO loved and important to me! The same as always but it does really hurt. Has this happened to anyone else? I don’t know what else to do 😔
