Any prenatal vitamins?

I’ve been taking one a day prenatal vitamins but they make me nauseous I can’t take them anymore is there any brand I can take without making me nauseous I made a doctors appointment to consult with her but I still got to wait a whole month

I’ve been taking these my whole pregnancy. I always take them at bedtime and haven’t had any issues other than the first 12 weeks I would gag occasionally but at that point I gagged on water too.

Stick to whole food vitamins because they’re more gentle on your tummy. I really like these because they’re in a capsule, rather than a tablet, so they’re completely flavorless going down.

These are delicious and gummy, they are so much easier to take and don’t make me nauseas at all I’m also very sensitive. One thing they don’t have iron in them so you’ll have to take that separately.
