What would you do in this situation

My daughter slept at 10pm and woke up 3ish am crying for boob. I breastfed her and then tried to put her down but she wasn’t having it. 
Cried and didn’t sleep literally till 8am. 
So now would u let her sleep from 8am till whenever she wakes up or would u only let her sleep a bit? Like how would u adjust her sleep schedule accordingly?

Let them sleep. Chances are they’ll sleep a good chunk of time   If this was my kid he’s probably sleep til noon  and we d just skip the nap and go to bed at like 7 and kind of reset

I’d just let her sleep honestly. I think it’s good they listen to their bodies. Especially if she may be coming down with something

This happened to us last Saturday. My daughter was up between 1am and 6:45. I let her sleep thinking we would skip her nap. She woke up at around 9:45 but seemed exhausted after lunch so I decided to put her down for a nap anyway. It was a bit later than usual so I woke her up after one hour. She was still tired for bedtime and had a good night. Since then it’s been terrible though lol but that night she slept well

Yikes this is a hard one. I would probably let her sleep and try to omit the nap and put her down a little earlier if you need to.
