Pregnancy or flu

I’ve been sick for the past 2 weeks with migraines, headaches, back pain and nausea...I’ve even thrown up a few times. I’ve had unprotected sex multiple times with my boyfriend but I’m on the mini pill. I’ve also been to the doctors and my COVID, flu and strep test all came back negative. Could I be pregnant or am I just sick? I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came back negative...could I have taken it too early?
