Sex positions when belly is big?

At 20 weeks I was diagnosed with placenta previa and advised against sex. I just had my 30 week ultrasound and I’m all clear now. My husband and I had sex for the first time last night after 10 weeks and boy does my belly make things complicated. All the positions I like squish my belly and the ones that don’t squish from the outside, still feel like a lot of pressure on the inside. Like there’s just no room left inside me for him lol. What do you guys do that helps?
