Hey every one does this mean pregnancy is processing ?? 
I had a miscarriage/surgery  in July due to no heart beat, 
Do u all think this is progressing?
First week I got a 1-2w 
These are the following tests 
Praying I get heart beat I am 6 weeks today

I had a mc in July as well, and am pregnant again too. I completely understand all of your concerns. I get so nervous sometimes thinking that the same thing will happen again, my body starts to tremble. 
We need to breathe and remind ourselves that this is a completely new pregnancy with a completely new outcome. We need to stay positive and strong. We WILL have healthy pregnancies, healthy deliveries, and healthy babies. We WILL.

No. Home tests cant tell you how far along, how high/low your level is, or how the pregnancy is going. 
Literally all they can tell you is if youre pregnant. If youre worried about pregnancy progression, you need blood tests from your doctor to check that.
