Tear in sac ???

So I’m 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant and had some bleeding the other night and went to the er, they said there is a tear in the sac and baby is okay and heartbeat was 127 beats per minute. They said baby is okay as of right now but can’t guarantee anything, went to my ob this morning for a follow up and they said the same thing, that baby is okay and I’m on pelvic rest till I’m 12 weeks, also said sex could potentially cause me to miscarry but they said it’s possible for everything to be okay and the tear to heal up and everything go perfectly smooth. Any ladies have a tear in the sac and the pregnancy go to full term and everything be okay?
