Cold sore remedies?

I get cold sores 2-3 times a year and they’re awful. it not like just a little one either, it looks like a cluster. It looks so gross. Only upside to getting them this year is the face mask ordinance so I get away with it.. but it still hurts and just feels horrible.

Please let me know of any remedies 😭

I’ve used abreva and it sorta works? Last time I used tea tree oil to dry it up and it also kinda worked but also dries out my lips/ skin 🥺

Also, I’ve gotten cold sores since I was 11-12 years old and yes it sucks lol.
