Good stories please

So at 5 weeks 3 days I got an ultrasound done (5weeks according to my ovulation) and we saw a gestational sac but nothing inside. I know it was an incredibly early scan but anyone have this and go on to see baby at 7 weeks 3 days? I go to see baby tomorrow and my hubby and I are both nervous. I haven’t had any spotting as of yet but I’ve had two miscarriages two years ago. With a full term baby in 2019. Picture of the ultrasound below.
