Today was the day!

At 39+4 our little Kira Irena Elizabeth decided it was time to make her grand entrance. Woke up to contractions around 4:30AM. Got to the hospital just after 7 and she was born at 8:56! Epidural didn’t even come close to kicking in! Water broke during the epidural and she was born within 15 mins! Didn’t know I had it in me to deliver medication free, but I guess you never know.
