HELP diarrhea

I have been having constant diarrhea this pregnancy. Like almost every other day. I have never had this with any of my other pregnancies. This is my third pregnancy. Is this normal? It’s like every other day basically all day. I’ve been trying to watch what I eat a lot.

Any suggestions.
