Skin tag ripped partly during waxing, not sure what to do

I got a Brazilian wax for the first time today. The person went over my skin tag with the wax and ripped it. I started bleeding a lot, but I assumed the whole thing was ripped. It hurt to walk but I assumed it’s because of the Brazilian and not the tag. I get home and realize she took off half but the other half is still dangling and it’s rubbing against my leg making it painful to walk. Im not sure what to do. Don’t want to remove it myself because it hurts to touch, also don’t want to drop $500 to go to a clinic to have it removed all because I went to get a wax done. Any tips/ advice?
