Engorged breast @ 9 weeks

Is anyone else having hard, engorged breast early in pregnancy? My right one is hard as a rock and I’m in so much pain. I’m 9 weeks & 5 days. This is my third pregnancy & I’ve only experienced this after giving birth and breast feeding/ pumping.
