Is this a chemical? 4wk5d

Hi guys. I took a pregnant test exactly a week ago and it was a BFP. Since then my lines have continued to get darker. Unfortunately this morning my bbt dropped and FF is telling me that my period is on its way, does this mean I’m on my way to having a chemical pregnancy? Please help me, I’ve already had a chemical a few months ago and really really panicking this morning.

Stop temping. Seriously, it will just cause you more stress and every time a temp drops even a little bit you will freak out. Your hormones are fluctuating wildly in the first trimester, especially in the first few weeks. This can make temperatures erratic. 
I had a pretty large drop in temp on 15DPO after a positive on 11DPO and thought for sure it was a chemical. But it wasn’t, and I’m now 15w with a healthy baby girl, absolutely no issues thus far. 
My best advice to you is to put the thermometer away. It will save you a lot of worrying!

It doesn’t look like you updated fertility friend with a positive test.. it doesn’t know you are pregnant that’s why it’s telling you your period is near.. and here’s a big tip”STOP TEMPING!” It’s just going to drive you crazyyy.. trust me I know I’ve done it before
