Life is an extroverts world

So

Introvert: a person predominantly concerned with their own thoughts and feelings rather than with external things/ a shy, reticent person.

Extrovert: a person predominantly concerned with external things or objective considerations/ an outgoing, overtly expressive person.

What’s your opinion on the definitions?

Being an introvert is not a disorder nor is it weird or creepy. Introverts are not shy nor are they rude. Introverts are not awkward or stupid. Introverts aren’t lonely, nor are they scared, nor do they lack confidence. It is often assumed so, why?

An example of how extroversion is preferred would be in a work scenario. Likeability over skill. Introverts are doubted for their ability and skill solely because they are introverts. It is harder for introverts to climb up a ladder on merit alone.

Have you ever put down an introvert person because they weren’t loud and talkative? Has anyone ever asked you why you are so loud and talk too much in a casual way? How about asking you why you’re so quiet/shy/awkward? Why? How would you feel?

Why is extroversion preferred in general?

What is wrong with being an introvert in that sense?
