Help! HCG levels

So, I suspected I was pregnant Monday and had blood drawn. It came back negative at 3.74. I went on to get BFPs that week, had another blood draw yesterday and it was 10.85. This can’t be good right? It seems low compared to everyone elses I’m seeing. I’m currently a day late for my period so still pretty early. Doc doesn’t seemed concerned at the moment since they did go up. Ive had 2 miscarriages last year and I’m so worried it’s happening again. Anyone else have low levels but went on to have a healthy pregnancy? I really need some reassurance 😔
