Bruises for over a year

So I’ve had these bruises (?) on my thighs for a long time, the first pic is from December last year and I only took the picture as I realised they’d been there a while and I didn’t remember banging it or anything and the second picture is today. As you can see they are beginning to get much darker and spread further around and up my leg. They hurt when I press on them like a bruise but I cannot find any kind of picture or condition that resembles them (closest I’ve seen is spider veins but these are much further apart and visible as separate lines). Am beginning to get very worried about conditions that cause long term bruising like cancers etc and doctors won’t do a whole lot with Covid going on, I had a platelet test from my midwife and all came back normal. Ever seen anything like this?
