Please help

How do you get rid of yellow/green discharge I had something and my body reacted to it I don’t have a disease or anything I haven’t even had sex it’s just my discharge and when I finger myself ( to see the color) it’s chunky and has that color what do I do I can’t go to the doctor do I drink water or what can I do is there anything I can drink to get rid of it or do anything I just want my normal discharge back
