Should I go to the ER?

I am 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I am having huge amount of discharge. Watery and smells like pineapple. I don’t really feel the leaking but everytime I pee I can my panties are wet. Should I go to the ER already?

No. Discharge during pregnancy isn’t a cause for concern, especially not enough to go to an emergency room

ER is for emergencies, where your life/health (or your baby's) are in danger or if you absolutely must see a doctor outside of regular hours because it cannot wait until reuglar business hours. That early in pregnancy, even if it is amniotic fluid there is absolutely nothing that can be done. Unless you start to experience heavy bleeding along with cramping, then assume you and baby are fine and just reach out to your doctor with questions. You'll have your first prenatal appointment within the next 6 weeks if you haven't had one already. Excess discharge is very normal during pregnancy.

Your fine... I would have times when I had discharge a lot at the start of my pregnancy now I have a healthy 3 week old baby. 
I had a lot discharge with her.
